Well, it seems to be a compatibility issue. If I activate them separately, they work but together, the game freezes as soon as I push Enter/Start. Here is my load order. Better Cities as a patch for Open Cities Reborn but even with it it doesn't work, Sort your load order with BOSS and pay attention to what BOSS reports when run from the desktop shortcut (it may or may not mention whether or not certain mods are compatible ... no Better/Open experience here).Already done. Use the Nexus Forums version of the comments (there's a link to it at the top of every comments page) ... the search function there will save your eyes.
