Something [vaguely] similar to the one FO3 and FNV had: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34912 Followers often contain hidden items that can only be accessed through tinkering with the console. Open the console and click your follower. Then, type showinventory. removeitem X Y where X is the reference ID and Y is the quantity, referenced from the showinventory command.
