Problem with the Thieves Arsenal mod

Instead of seeing the weapons and stuff I get big yellow question marks(which recently replaced themselves with purple outlines of the items) and I'm not able to buy anything from the Boxman or pick anything up.

What's the problem, and how can I fix this? Thanks.

Have you updated it? And does he have them in his inventory?

 

I suppose you can try to activate the candle on the split level right above where he sells the idems, by activating the ladder.

 

 

My only problem is that i don't know how to get the quests.

I found the proper meshes and textures, so now I can see the items but I can't steal them or mouse over them and he won't sell me them.

At first (my experience) he only sells lockpicks. But if you activate the candle above his sales counter, and then come back a few hours later he will have his full inventory available for you. In order to get your first quest, you have to wait a few days - up to five. This has been my experience. I don't see why it would be any different for you.

True, you need to wait for the quest before he will sell you anything.

 

The items on the counter are just there for the looks, you are not supposed to be able to pick them up.
