twiztedmongoloid
With your system you should be able to run pretty much whatever you want. as long as you follow intelligent modding practices. correct load order. Using ENBoost + SKSE + Memory patch and or crash fixes. So make sure your drivers are up to date and your windows is optimized and virus and malware free and you should have no issues. In some areas especially depending upon your setup you still might dip below 60 tho. seen a guy on youtube with a 1080 and he still went below 60 in areas. Spent over 2 days trying to put this damn thing nice but I give up. Hopefully the remastered will offer me better results. With only the Enb and High Resolution Dlc i was passing the 2 gigas of vram, smh.
Project579
If you can disable vsync and use ENB FPS limiter or set the limit using Nvidia Inspector.

Lathalias
What enb are you using? Some enbs are really intensive and it doesnt matter what specs you have i've found. Skyrim is a 5 year old game, and theres enbs i've struggled to run with 970's in sli. Though i've found a few that look great, perform well and i can still maintain 60 fps with tons of high res mods. And that is what has been driving me mad, I've seen people with systems far worse than mine and still they can run 200+ mods plus enb while maintaining 60+ fps. FredyPt
I've been reading about setting enableunsafememoryhacks to true. Anybody has got experience on that matter? Not being able to alt+tab is one thing I can live with.

I run over 400 mods + Vividian on a 970......not a constant 60 fps tho.
