Serious crashing problem.

So this has been happening since yesterday. I went into Caranthir Tower dormitory (CTR) with Serana because of fatigue from the iNeed mod. As soon as I loaded in, I crashed. I then loaded in again and after about a minute, crash. I'm about to zero the papyrus section of the file to verify that it is not a script problem, but I don't think it is because last scripts mentioned do have any rhyme or reason. Apart from the equipping overhaul one, but either way the time isn't even close to the crash.

Load order is sorted by LOOT, apart from AFT which is last due to apparent conflicts.

Speaking of conflicts, I apparently have a lot, according to TES5Edit.

The list goes on. I realise that this is most likely causing problems, but is there a faster way of patching this rather than the usual method? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olEbW1Eqbus this is what I thought the usual method is)

 

Also, some of my plugins are orange in Wrye Bash. Is this an actual problem? I did run the bashed patch but there was no change.

 

Furthermore, I have checked memory block, all normal(512/256). The log doesn't end at the block size. I've even increased skse.ini memory allocation above normal(1024/512) to see if that would fix the problem. Instead, it just crashes on the splash.

 

I've also enabled diagnostics in skse.ini, although I'm not sure how to access that. Can anyone tell me how to access it?

 

Also, I've tried starting a new game, but, uh... the results were messy. There was a lot of neighing, we were all levitating, and I think the headsman was watching us from the hill. Weird. Oh, and that reminds me, I do have ENB and the FPS is locked at 60. I know some weird s*** can happen at high frame rates. But I checked. The game didn't actually crash, perhaps I should wait until the travel is finished. Or even better, load an older save. I don't know why that has never occured to me. BUT. Quite obvious that there is still a problem. I recently fixed (Well worked around) a saving problem. It would take a long time to autosave, but not to manual save. That's what Autosave Manager is for.

 

Anyway, I'll wipe the Papyrus section now, and then when it crashes I'll load an older save.

 

Oh, and also I installed Skyrim Performance Monitor, no useful data, I think. I'll attach my most useful papyrus log, the rest are too short to be useful. But like I say, the problem probably isn't scripts. I'll also include the enblocal.ini and enbseries.ini as well as skse.ini, skyrim.ini and the memory blocks log.

• Preferably, use crash fixes with the UseOSAllocators=1 instead of skse memory patch or SSME.
• Make sure you're using the good mods >> Dangerous mods list.
• Verify gamecache.
• CTDs troubleshooting page on Reddit, depending on what's happening in game, choose the subsections that describes the best your problem.

Here is a list of things that may help stabilizing your game if not already been done. :

/// Cleaning and correcting potential bugs :

• Clean your master files to eliminate potential problems : Tes5edit cleaning tutorial / Tes5edit documentation / Tes5edit Nexus page.
• The method above can be used to clean mods. LOOT may tell you which plugin you should clean.

Thanks. After a little experimentation, it seems it's only the Caranthir Tower dorm where this particular crash occurs. My suspicion is that there is something absent that I need to build, so I'll try that, and if that doesn't work, I will check the CTD in cell link.
