ConnetiXus
Hello all, First time I have every encounter this issue (despite running 145 mods and still being able to load my save files at 42mb). However, after installing intimidation redone, and realizing it was so script heavy that it was crashing my game (and not allowing me to quicksave anymore just straight CTD). I was going to look at it its mod post but, sadly, the mod author had turned it to private, (it also said something about being under review by moderation), and silly me, tried to straight uninstall it without using its misc item uninstall mod item that was in-game. So now my problem is, that, despite uninstalling that mod and reloading to a save that doesn't have intimidation redone loaded in it: each time I try to quicksave, my file size bloats drastically to 71mb, hence afterwards, I can no longer quicksave after just that one. Are there any solutions for this? Is there some software like SGSC, since I also use mods like the automaton eyebot companion in my mod collection. Do I need to completely reinstall fallout? If so, will my save game be fine if I reinstall all my mods with my nexus profile? Thank you all for your time :).
Ethreon
Yea.. remove save, new game, stop installing so many mods and get rid of some of the existing ones.
ConnetiXus
I was really looking for some method to be able to remove "excess" script remnants from saves, as they seem to be the main issue of what is bloating down my save files. Naturally, before I had installed any mods that added additional scripts, my save size was closer to 25mbs. Since mod quantity is not a concern, is there any method you know of, to reduce file size of a save? Or a method of removing all scripts, then being able to re-enable all the scripts you need to run your game? I can provide my NMM profile if more information is necessary. I see an uninstall as a method of complete last restore(as specified I do not know if my save will retain all of my data if I reinstall, then reload all my mods from my NMM profile).
