Nuka World bottle texture glitch?

Yeah disabling them via console is better than having all the combinedobjects you've scrapped in other settlements or your vault reappear because of changing your ini to not support your scrapping mod anymore. Heck I would lose all the green Conifer trees in the Commonwealth and be back to the same old dead vanilla stumps.

it maybe both or one of these old ini tweaks to do with springcleaning mod and cell culled

any mod that requires the culled bug fix ini tweak and scrap file ini tweak, scrap mods, mods that expand your settlement boarder etc
to do with culled tweak
Update on the tipp: If you think that your PC is strong enough, you can try and add the following line to your Fallout.ini under [Display]
bUsePreCulledObjects=0
posted by Eysenbeiss <---- made a huge all- in -one expansion settlement mod
this ini tweak below used to be posted on the the front page mod desciption tab for springcleaning mod, and was removed eventually
to do with spring cleaning
VERY IMPORTANT! You will need to edit your Fallout4.ini for this mod to work simply add the line below to the [General] area at the top of the file.
bUseCombinedObjects=0
Should look something similiar to this:
[General]
sLanguage=en
uGridsToLoad=5
uExterior Cell Buffer=36
bDisableAllGore=0
bUseCombinedObjects=0
This ini line tells the game to use the Fallout4.esm worldspace without merged geometry records and thus allows you to select all static objects in the game world.
these two ini tweaks above may of caused the static items to enlarge and then fall into the cell obstructing the view like in the cell with the bumper cars in it!..
if you have these two ini tweaks above sidewalks, pavement and building doors and floors well go missing in Nuka-World and that may cause static item to enlarge and fall into cell's too

Hard8 is very correct on this.. I normally prefer to clean up my settlements via the CK/esp (Mod) method the only reason I'm using the bUseCombinedObjects=0 line is because of the Conifer Tree mod that replaces all the commonwealth trees and is low impact on FPS performance I knew right away what the issue was in Nuka World and how to bypass it via the console but a lot of folks don't.. By turning combined objects off you also introduce the quicksand floor bug where you cannot place things on the floors of a combined Object house because they sink into it .

Never used Spring Cleaning I used Scrap Everything and mainly I did it because I got lazy one day a didn't want to remove 1 Tree via the CK but once Fallout 4 settles down into it's this is it and the way it will be form from Beth I've been holding back on making my mods and not using a lot of mods just keeping it simple, I figure now that the last DLC is out we'll get a few more patches then Beth will move on because it stinks trying to build up a modded game while all the time Beth keeps changing the foundation of the game so I'm letting it settle down before going all out mod heavy.

I disabled all my mods except the modern weapon (great mod) and lockpick and the glitch was gone..

I have two data folders for my game and a data folder with only a pipboy grey texture mod and the easy hacking locking picking mod in it , that data is in a folder else where from steam called "Data back up of minimalist mod installed for Nuka-World"

And then there's my regular data folder with homemaker, SOE mod and 35 other mods to use outside of Nuka-World!..

I stopped using custom made player home mods and mods that expand settlements building perimeter beyond the greenline build area, my game ctd a lot with these two types of mods installed, I also don't use any scrap mods for over 2 month's after learning place everywhere mod does the same thing as any scrap mod!..
