FXAA Post Process Injector or Skyrim Enhanced Shaders?

Just wanted to know if anyone has tried both of these and what differences it made. I can't decide on which one to install and I don't believe it's necessary to install both mods at the same time. I'm going for more of a realistic look to the game. My PC is Intel Core i7-2600 Overclocked Turbo Boost to 3.9GHz, 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1333MHz (4X4GB), 4 DIMMs, Single Nvidia GTX 590, 2TB SATA 6Gb/s (7,200RPM). Thanks.

I loaded the new Nvidia beta drivers this morning and am trying the FXAA setting. So far, I really like it. Other then some wild flickering shadows while standing next to a fire place, it looks real good and hasn't slowed down my game any.
