Can someone make a mod to use the animatronic alien new alien blaster weapon that was from fallout 3?

Hey I wanted someone to make a mod to allow us to use the animatronic alien new alien blaster in nuka world in fallout 4 or for someone to completely make a single mod just of the weapon. If someone could make it as a pc mod that would be awesome thanks. I think the gun is really cool and would be a really cool weapon.
