Hm... Unfortunate... There is more than one way to get attention for this, though. Like anything, get enough people involved and you will be heard. This is why I'm posting the letter here. I don't intend for it to be read as-is by Bethesda, it's to be reviewed and scrutinized (And preferably mention things that we like about the game xD).

I'm thinking about mentioning closed/open betas, which many companies use (Admittedly not so much for Single Player games) for quality assurance and to make fans a little more excited about a product (Ref. BF3).

Thanks jim_uk  I'm not sure of the extent of publication support, though (I was considering Machinima/IG Daily, but I may be as far off as contacting Bethesda there). Any suggestions?

Loving the kittehs BTW

Damned if I know, I don't take much notice of gaming sites these days. Other people may be better qualified to answer that. Word is spreading, I shall be Tweeting this #Skyrim http://www.atomicmpc.com.au/News/281857,bethesda-and-skyrim-the-fall-of-an-empire.aspx

Anyway if you post it on their forums it'll be locked, sometimes I wonder why they bother having a forum.

The exact reason I didn't bother with their forums, I know how companies can be sometimes. All the more reason to develop the letter, make it appeal to Bethesda (Preferably with a balance of equal praise and complaint, though that seems a little difficult with 1.2 now).

And, to address current and future people that think this is another "Spoilt" gamer whining (Partly a response to a comment in the article you linked), I hardly think so. There's a game with a few bugs. minor and game breaking. But well over 500 is just annoying. Then preventing the LAA fix (Which, as stated, helps a lot of users) was... I can appreciate how much time goes into making a game (Being a "hobbyist" developer myself) and I can appreciate that there will be issues, but BethSoft seriously need to pull up their pants with Skyrim. They made boo-boo.
