Adding wires corrupts savegame CTD

I'm having an odd issue:

 

When I add wires to a settlement, they go in OK, but somehow it corrupts the save file.

 

I can then no longer load the game, it CTDs late into loading every time.

 

I can build anything I want, a sky scraper, turrets, whatever.... And still load the game back up. But the moment I add a wire, the game can keep being played and saved, but never reloaded.

 

I've tried validating the game and restoring from a recent backup after an uninstall. I've tried activating and deactivating the 3X power lines mod as well, to no avail.

Ok I see a few issues one is scrapeverything - Automatron unless it was brought back the Author stopped supporting it due to very bad bugs and can cause your game to stutter another thing I see is why didn't you get the all in one rfortaleza2 and just have one esp in your load order but def check the Scrap everything page to see if that patch is still supported because it messed with my game and saves bigtime

The one rfortaleeza2 is a merged esp that takes the place of the others. The others were needed to put in the pertinent meshes.

 

I'll check on the automatron scrap everything. I'm starting my search on the workshop related items.

Scrap Everything was last updated in July. I don't think it's that out of date. I've been using it without problems as long as I keep it at the very bottom of the load order.
