I'm not sure what to do about the orange checkboxes that popped up recently. How do I solve the issue?

It's telling you the plugin's masters are in a different order than what is specified in the plugin.

You should run BOSS & let it sort your order.

I think I may not understand how to use BOSS correctly. Every time I click the icon at the bottom of wrye bash, a command prompt window pops up for a moment, and then a web page opens with three tabs to choose from but it doesn't seem to do anything else. Am I missing something here?
