marharth
I see why you would think it is the worst elder scrolls game released due to the huge hype around it. Honestly I was expecting Skyrim to be complete s*** but was surprised it was not. Most people disagreeing with the OP are new people that are insane with hype. Just sayin' You could at least make a counter argument instead of this stuff. I don't think its the worst game, its better then vanilla oblivion in many ways. Beth games are not released until good mods are released. Skyrim has a terrible UI. Skyrim has extremely short qeustlines. Skyrim no longer has attributes. Skyrim has a lack of spells and has no spell crafting. Skyrim still has shitty combat AI. Misc quests are repetitive and pointless. I can keep going. It is good in many ways and its wrong to simply call it the worst game for no real reason. I think it is fair to say it is the worst TES game out though. ginnyfizz
I have to say that I didn't have the trouble with either Morrowind or Oblivion that I do with Skyrim. Yes, they had bugs, but even with a monster mod load I could at least play them without a third party programme. Some people are getting hard PC resets. The only game I have played that behaves quite as badly as Skyrim was Sacred 2, another game with memory issues.
Guss
Also i see from playing WoW for Two years. people now days seem to think about what these's game should be like and have. When they don't its complaining left and right. almost samething playing WoW from BC - to start of Cata. you would know what its becoming now days with games and people. Another thing to add is that people get games and play even though they don't really care about it then post bad reports and start forum wars.. talking about WoW was good until ToC expansion to wotlk came out. if anyone has played then. " just describing about what the people where like. " ( every game maker has their own special things in the game to make it kinda unique. it would be super if they would combine their unique abilities into one but that wont happen. most likely the most bugged but how can you call it the worst of them that they made. we loved all of them and we have no CS so no mods and how many mods did you use in the others to make it better? wait and complain later when there are mods and give you opinion then. or to the mod makers. or make your own mod to your liking. ) anyone agree ?/? stars2heaven
Skyrim has a terrible UI. Some people thinks so, but not everyone. What exactly is bad about it? Skyrim has extremely short qeustlines. Yet skyrim has a lot of quests. How many quests does it have compared to Oblivion and Morrowind? Skyrim no longer has attributes. Who cares? That doesn't make it worse for everyone, certainly not objectively worse. I think it's better off without them. Skyrim has a lack of spells and has no spell crafting. True, there are fewer spells. But then again all the core spells are there. Plus they spent time on producing a new spell system and some of that time went into shouts as well. I think that the spell system as a whole is much better, though I hope to see some additions to spells via mods. Good riddance to spell crafting. It didn't make the spell system better it made it infinitely worse. Skyrim still has shitty combat AI. No worse than any of the other Elder scrolls games. Misc quests are repetitive and pointless.More repetitive than the side quests in Oblivion and Morrowind? Yeah right. I can keep going. Please do, cause I have yet to see a person who has claimed that Skyrim is worse than other elderscrolls be able to back it up. Nothing you have stated here accomplishes that goal either. bpestilence
Despite the problems Skyrim is still the best-looking Elder Scrolls game to date. My only real complaint is that the game doesn't have stuff in it that were supposed to be in there... Like the non-existant radiant AI. Man, they really hyped up the fact that quests were to be tailored for the character playing, and that questgivers werten't to be fixed, but that never happened. Personally I wish I would have bought it for PC instead of console.

Even some companion's guild members send you to random places for some of their quests...
