irswat
I want to make a signature weapon/armor mod that uses an interface menu like the perk tree. I want to create a new perk tree, not to replace the old one, but in addition to it. I'm wondering whether this is possible.
FrankFamily
A new perk tree using the vanila interface is not possible afaik, you can use Campfire (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64798/?) framework to do it though, it has a decent documentation. (your mod will require campfire)
IsharaMeradin
If you read Campfire's tutorial for creating a new perk tree, there is the ability to use the system without requiring Campfire as a master should that be important to you. irswat
thanks. I wonder if it is similar to the way of the monk skill tree tutorial. I will check it out. I read it's impossible to add a true skill tree, but only rename old skill trees.I want to come up with some dynamic user interface that would compliment a signature weapon mod. For example you get signature points that you can spend on new dynamic tempering levels, weapon perks, unlocking enchantment slots, unlocking enchantments, unlocking new kill moves, and other cool stuff.
