It was another post game mod, but unlike CAGE wanted to make its top priory showing what happened to the Mojave after Hoover Dam. It originally was only going to have unspoken dialogue that you needed subtitles to hear, but decided to try and use some of the dialogue that was in the game files that related to the diffrent endings.
