freakyskull516 Posted September 7, 2016 Share Posted September 7, 2016 simply put as a lab coat when wearing it with rank 3 nerd rage you hulk out at 50% HP that can be found in the arcjet systems thruster test room near the junk jet and mad janitor scientist's holotape. as a perk it requires you to have rank 3 nerd rage and to be wearing a lab coat or vault-tec lab coat the perk can be gained from a book on shaun's desk with the undamaged pre war book texture titled "Focused Psychologics: Anger" its a small but fun mod what do you all think?
