When I installed it I got the notification to talk to the Capt and so went up to the deck. But Ironsides doesn't have any dialog to further the quest, just something about "righting the starboard bow".Reading the wiki, there was supposed to be another attack. There was a sole Raider Psycho who attacked but that was it - I'm not even sure whether that was an attack. Ironsides doesn't acknowledge the attack, and the quest is stuck.
