User ID's?

I've looked in the profile of a user i want to add so that he also can upload files to my mod page, but his member number is not visible anywhere. I also looked at the member list, but the members arent listed by any form of ID other than their user names.

 

Would be great if this could be fixed or if someone could tell me where i can find the ID number of a member.

You can find it on the Nexus sites, but not the forums. Although, it would be a good idea to make the userid field visible in the forum profile page.

I can't seem to search for a specific member on the Nexus main site though, and he hasnt released any mods so it's not like i can go to his mod page and look it up. So yes, this would definitely be a very good idea. Edited December 2, 2011 by vurt

When viewing someone's profile page on the forum, look at the url of the page... you'll see a number in the link (near the end) - that's the user ID number you can use to give permissions.
