illogictree
Hello, all, I've run into a strange problem that I can't seem to find any information on. I've been trying to install a bunch of mods to recreate most of Tamriel beyond the normal game's borders. Elsweyr Anequina, Tamriel Heightmaps, and TWMP Valenwood-Elsweyr have all been installed without a hitch. BUT... when it comes to any further large-scale additions to the game world, I run up against a very strange error when I try to run TES4LODGen to regenerate the LOD files. I have seen this happen while installing both TWMP Summerset Isles and TWMP Hammerfell, getting slightly different messages for each. When I try to install Summerset Isles, I get the following message: "Access violation at address 007298A3 in module 'TES4LODGen.exe'. Read of address 00000000." The message I get when I try to install Hammerfell is: "Access violation at address 00718A77 in module 'TES4LODGen.exe'. Read of address 000033c8." I have the bug report files from each run saved if they're needed. I have a number of other mods active currently, including Better Cities, the Unique Landscapes collection, and compatibility patches for those; as well as the current version of OBSE, Oblivion Reloaded, Oblivion Stutter Remover, COBL, DARNified UI, MenuQue, and maybe a few other patches. The mod count is at 99 currently according to BOSS, though not all are active. My computer is running Windows 10 64-bit and has a 2.3Ghz quad core with 8GB of RAM, just in case this is relevant. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated. Edited September 8, 2016 by illogictree
