I've came across an article that explains about Tamriel Lore that shows that Solar Eclypses have occured in Tamriel, even showing a third moon! A rarity indeed! Now I need to know if it's possible for a solar eclypse, also known in Tamriel Lore as the Dark Moon, to occur in TES-IV: Oblivion's Cyrodiil worldspace?!

FOund the problem already! It was a mod causing a wierd conflict with the Shivering Isles Dementia faction! For some odd reason it favored Mania and not Dementia, which is the side I chose with this current playthru! Disabling the mod in question fixed the issue for me!

I figured this is an unreported bug! You see, I'm doing the Shivering Isles Quest "The Helpless Army" for the Dark Seducers where I have to go thru Pinnacle Rock and reactivate the Font of Rebirth by destroying the thing concealing it within by activating the 4 chimes! Now the only problem is the quest will not update prompting me to activate the 4 chimes! I did the quest stage cheat thing to show the stage of the quest where I need to activate the 4 chimes, then I go to activate all 4 chimes and nothing happens to the "pyramid of Order" thing blocking the Font of Rebirth! So now I am officially at a dead end in the Dark Seducer part of the Helpless Army quest! I don't know if the bug is caused by having mods or what!

Okay, I know this is late, but here we go! New quest mods: Lost Spires, Windfall , Lost Paladines of The Nine (I think thats the name of the mod that extends the Knights of The Nine) New Locations mods: Nascosto Isles, Dibella's Watch, Ubanga, Elsweyr Deserts of Anequina and Pellatine, TWMP (various providence mods) New Dungeon Mods: The Well Diver, Tamriel Dungeons!

When I'm not doing quests I like to explore the countryside of Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles! What about you?

Is there any mods available that deals with the long lasting issue of raining thru outdoors roofs/canopies,overhead structures in Oblivion? And if there's no such mod available, could one be made?

I'm confused now! Wouldn't having a copy from STEAM, a copy from the CD/Disk and a copy from GOG, all three on the same computer, confuse things over when trying to run the game?

Well, one can get to 6000+ hours of Oblivion gameplay on one single character playing huge mods like Obscuro's Oblivion Overhall for example!

Which mods at first that you sucessfully installed got you into playing PC Oblivion at first? (Please note that this does not include patches, fixes, the UOP, or Official Bethesda Made Mods!) For me, it was Republic of Moropolis and Nascosto Isles version 2 way back in 2008 when I played PC Oblivion for the first time on my (now ancient) WIndows Vista PC on a perfectly square shaped PC Monitor that weight a ton!

I don't want to get into any debate or anything, but I beleive the musical scores in Oblivion are copyrighted music tracks as they belong to or were made by Jeremy Soule, the guy who composed the musical tracks for TES-IV: Oblivion!

I'll admit it here, my first time playing anything TES was Morrowind on the XBox when my younger borther introduced me to the game and got me hooked on it! The day after I went to the nearest video game store and bought me a copy of Morrowind for the XBox!

Looks definitely like a load order issue to me! Try using BOSS as well as using How to install TWMP Tamriel at Oblivion Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) as they show you the load order recommendation for the TWMP and Elsweyr parts of the load order!

Sorry, but I never heard this issue happen before, and I myself am on a modern Windows 10 gaming computer! I do also have a couple of questions for you, too! 1. Are you on a 4080p setup and have your Oblivion resolution set at 3840 x 2160 for 4080p monitors? and 2. Do you have your system and Oblivion game set for Ray Tracing? I hear either of those settings may interfere with the keyboard/mouse settings, but am not 100% sure on that as it happened to a friend of mine who also plays Oblivion, but on a far more modern system than what I have, and with 4080p set up and ray tracing enabled, and his keyboard and mouse gives out on him at times on Oblivion!

What, they took down HGEC mods when several mods on the Nexus needs them to work without body glitches?

Are you looking for overhaul mods that only deals with graphics, or questing/adventuring, or a complete game overhaul, because if the former, then go with RaeVWD, but if the latter, then nothing beats Nehrim, and if questing and/or adventuring is your thing, then I'd highly go with Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul!!

All I can do is add my list of mods (.esp/.esm) and that's about it! My mod list is quite long as I play 137 mods right now! And lucky for me my gaming sessions are quite stable, partly due to my PC being pretty powerful and partly because of lag remover and stability files I downloaded from Nexus to install into my game and also the 4 GB patch as well! And several .ESMs I converted over to .ESP format using Wrye Bash so that way .ESMs like Ubanga can still have priority and I can still play the other mods as well in my game without having to disable files over and over again! And besides WryeBash, as far as utility p[rograms for Oblivion is concerned, I also use, of course, Oblivion Mod Manager, BOSS, TES4LODGen, TES4Edit, TES4QLod, and a few others when needed!
