Actually, this post was for a mod request, which means you're basically walking in on a group of people agreeing on an idea they want to see and telling them "NUH UH UR STOOPUD! STOP WANTAN FINGS I DONT WANT!"
Nubblecakes Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 There's a mod that modifies the jump height. I use it personally. But I'd definitely love to be able to swing while running and jumping. I just imagine the kill cam would bug out if you were to initiate them while in mid-air or sprinting.

But it would be great for thieves and assassins)4. attacking at the same time enemy is attacking you will result into parry5. after parrying, your next swing is faster6. ultimate skill - pushing space right after parry will not make you jump, but kick your enemy, knocking him back (or knocking him down if he was staggered) ^ THIS would be amazing !!! especially the wall climg and dodge skills WTF need it NOW
fiddi Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 I would theoretically kill for this kind of mod to happen. Perhaps a kind soul could take the time to atleast check if it's possible to make at all.

Special killcam animations for aerial attacks, maybe?
genosias Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Why nobody do that mod? This is a great idea!

One does not simply "start modding game engine" with creation kit. It's not quite simple to do something like that.I'd point you to start reading eastern modding communities, they are generally more capable in modding than we are. (However, bad thing is that they rarely translate their stuff)
BrentHackers Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 (edited) I too find it hard to believe that this mod doesn't exist yet. Shadowjin is right though. Clearly, this would take more than a few well placed lines of code and a new animation or two. Particularly if you wanted an entire skill tree that modified gameplay, letting you wall climb or hang from ledges etc. It is a ruddy shame though. I would love to be able to just attack, shout and cast while jumping/falling. An acrobatics skill tree is fun to think about. Personally, I'd make the basic first rank (probably a 1-5) slightly increase jump height and sprint speed, then I'd have individual ranks for shouting, attacking, and casting while falling, and maybe one for recovering faster after being staggered or knocked down. I don't imagine that it would ever happen (for a number of reasons) but being able to hang from, and clamber up ledges would be awesome. I loved the parry and swing faster after a parry idea by 'peregrine111'. That'd be interesting. And the least likely but possibly most awesome addition of all would be a set of acrobatic finishing moves to be applied when attacking. Makes me wish I could confidently attempt more than a bit of modeling and texturing  Some of the guys that can are ruddy impressive. Edited November 18, 2013 by BrentHackers
