Gandynutile
Hi,First, sorry if I make some language mistakes, english is not my main language :)I'm looking for a mod that give perk without having to spend a perk point when you reach the correct level in the skill.Like, when I get 60 in Smithing, "Arcane blacksmith" is given to me. I feel like it's a correct balance for me, between a godmode and the possibility to have both jobs skills and combat skills by spending time on improving the skill level.Maybe it already exist, but I spent 30 minutes searching in database and didn't find it.Thanks for any answer. Edit : In addition, a way to slow the training of skills may be good, to make the balance with auto perk, so it's not too powerful since it gives unlimited perk points. Or maybe a skill level limit by global level (like Base skill level + 5xglobal level, so for example you can be 100 in magic only at minimum lvl 17) It's a quite a Skyrim skill levelling redone. Bahlsa77
This added to turning off trade/thief skills from leveling, would be great combo.
Gandynutile
This added to turning off trade/thief skills from leveling, would be great combo.I don't know the use of this, but I think it's cause I'm not enough advanced in the game yet. What is the problem with trade/thief skills levelling too high ? Edit : added a note in first post about tweaking difficulty of skill training to adjust. Gandynutile
Wow, 7th page already ? Tair
This is fairly likely once the toolkit is out. You'll probably see an automatic crafting perk mod initially; my advice would be to wait for a bit after the toolkit comes out, and if you don't see a mod that fulfills your request within a couple of weeks, repost this request. Now isn't really the time to be making any requests, though. Edited December 3, 2011 by Tair
Gandynutile
K thx, I'm not really aware about the situation of the modders, so I didn't now about the availability of the toolkit :)
TheKotU
I would say if you cant spend the 2 seconds to add the perk your self you really got to think about the game your playing.....in my humble opinion... Anyway.. The idea is fine for automation... however if it "automatically" selects a skill for which does not benefit me in a situation where it chooses speech over lets say respite or block...or w/e then your more likely to get frustrated. This WOULD (again in my opinion, as perks are limited, until quests offering perks as rewards, or level cap gets higher then 81) )work if you can pre select perks you wish to gain, and select weighting on a tree and/or perk to choose over another one. Like a Perk Planer that automates itself...........In this case adding a delay of 5 to 10 seconds before it automatically gets selected would allow the player to select a perk before it "may" get thrown into one that may not benefit the situation. Gandynutile
Maybe it wasn't clear as water because I'm not good in english, but a it was obvious for me that perk points had to be free with this mod :)In my mind, with this mod, the ONLY prerequisite to have the perk is to train the skill. No need to have perk point. And it's cause it offers unlimited perks points that I talked about a balancing feature, a way to slow the training of skills. Does it please you explained like that ? :)
