Change language to english?

I bought Oblivion in Austria, which comes in German, however, I can't understand German! Is there any way to change it into English? (PC Version)

No. You are out of luck. You will need to buy a copy that is in English. It is impractical to make a mod translating the game from one language to another. This would only be worthwhile when translating the game into a language that the game is not available in commercially, and would have issues such as bad translations, typos, and poor or missing voice acting.

 

So you will need to invest like $30 USD and order a copy of Oblivion in English over the Internet, perhaps from a company based in the United States or the United Kingdom.
