Wow, that is a really nice armor! I looked through over a hundred different mods to find this one but sadly I can't find one that matches this exactly. The closest I could find was Big Boss' armor from MGS V: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8841/? Hope you find it though! Can't find any mod for boonie hats, or at least military style. But I found a couple of mods that closely resembles this the best I could do. It came out pretty nicely.
