Deleted4363562User
I did a mash up of the Vault Suit and the Jacket off the Lancer Armor outfit, then I changed the texture for the Jacket. Everything shows up fine in Nifskope, but not in the CK. I remember this happening before, but can't remember what the culprit was. I've been doing a lot of material swaps and new textures lately on custom nifs, and this doesn't normally happen, so I'm at a loss. The funny thing is that I did this same mash up before a while back.
Deleted4363562User
I think it's a material problem. Once I deleted the material path on the edited nif for the jacket, everything became visible in the CK.
Galejro
The issue is embarrassing cause Bethesda didn't prepare this CK for this. What's happening is that when you place a texture material into CK while it's working (especially if you make a re-texturing process while CK session is running) it doesn't update it's currently loaded base of knowledge. All you need to do is to reset the CK and load the mod again once you've placed new textures into their directories and you're good to go.

That's what I thought at first, but no amount of reloading the mod changed anything. There seemed to be some sort of problem with changing the Material in the nif. Simply not using a material in the nif and relying solely on the direct texture path solved the problem.
TrickyVein
Refresh files in the material editor. You shouldn't need to close and reopen the CK. I believe that missing textures are pin, and missing materials simply make things invisible. Double and triple check filepaths.
