Being evil has no consequences

In my opinion there shouldn't be like a consequence where everyone hated you for being in the Dark Brotherhood, sure there could be for other things but not for the DB, I mean, I wish it was like in Oblivion where everyone feared the DB, didn't wanted even to speak about it, and the DB had more secrecy, but now the guards are just like "Oh your that guy from the Dark Brotherhood right? Hahahahoo! My friend let's get some mead!" Not tooootaly like that but I guess you get the point... And also, a child doing the black sacrament? WHAT THE HELL!!!

Yeah lol especially when you consider that child living a life in a city surrounded by walls...i bet his mother was training him in necromancy so one day he would have the stomach to get some fine blooded heart/testicles w/e. Edited by pavy

well maybe in the future they can structure the game better to allow different characters to function in it in a believable way. For instance, if you are evil then you can't go to towns to buy things, you have to either sneak into town (needs open cities type thing) or have other ways to attain items added. Like there could be a person in the dark brotherhood who can craft things and he would sell stuff to you. Or in the thief's guild the fences would have random stuff that could be good or bad for you to rummage through

when i play assassin characters i go to great lengths to seem normal or for my character to seem normal. for instance i'd have a fighter's guild cover identity, or even better no one would suspect that the hero of the oblivion crisis would be the head of the dark brotherhood. or the grand champion of the arena, etc. same thing for the thieves guild

It needs to be about recognition. Say I Just waltz in wearing my usual street clothes, face clearly visible and knock someone off. If I get seen in my get away then sure, I get arrested next time I enter town.

However if I'm dressed up in my DB kit, or my Darth Vader Nightingale suit, no one can see my face! How can they possibly know it was me next time I walk into town in normal clothes?

Also if I do walk in wearing the DB or Nightingale suit, I should get at least arrested or questioned. And if I get caught committing a crime while wearing one of those suits then later people can say "Ohhh, that's that assassin!" or "Watch him/her, filthy sneaking thief."

It's probably one of the poorest RP segments of the game that would be nice to have addressed.

Or you know, you fail a pickpocket attempt, but you can just bribe the guard and then speak with your victim like nothing just happened...

Similar problems occur with vampirism:

My character is a female dunmer who wears the ancient DB cowl all the time (so she's masked and all), but when she's blood starved EVERYONE can see it... And this leads to the second problem, as she can feed then go back to the same city without anyone recognizing her...

didn't recall that in oblivion, or maybe it was bugged for me. cause once i went starving people would remember that i was a vampire. or at least for 3 days. could be a mod perk though.
