roger.
I just recently married Aela the Huntress, but she has disappeared. I have looked at the wiki and tried everything that was written there. I've waited in the temple of Mara for days (in game time) without her returning, I have gone to my house and Jorrvaskar with no success, and the placeatme console command is not working. I have even tried not wearing the wedding band and mara's necklace then dropping them and still no success. I don't have an earlier save game to try it with either. Hopefully she didn't get killed or something after she left the temple. I appreciate any help or information you can give.

maboru
Depending on the npc's current disposition sometimes you have to type disable before enable and kill before resurrect in order to get them to reset properly. I haven't done the marriage thing yet so I'm not sure if this would mean having to marry her again though. Beth knows about the marriage problems and after they patch the game mechanic bugs they're going to go after the data bugs (quest glitches, ai, etc.)

I believe it also works while the character is alive as well, so no need for the kill command, but I'm not in-game, and I"m too lazy to go...so...yeah. roger.
Thanks for the reply, Evilslay3r5 and maboru! Sorry about you having to answer the question again. I did use the search engine, but as nothing relevant showed up with the search terms I was not certain if anything was already posted. I appreciate the help! Edited December 4, 2011 by roger. maboru
If the character is alive and well then when you 'moveto' you get a clone instead.
