When bright light shines on things in skyrim, they look wet rather than shiny/brightly lit. Any mods out there to fix this?

Is there a mod that adds wigs? Not on the back of the heads, but wig for hair when wearing hoods.

Some mod I installed changed the 3rd person shout animation to make the pc do some sort of dragon ball z kamehameha thing with their hands

 

any idea what mod does that so I can turn it off?

also I'm looking for a animation replacer for holding two handed weapons I saw a picture of someone holding it with one hand over there sholder and another one someone was duel wielding 2 war hammers.

Anyone know of a mod that adds a standalone light dwarven armor set? I don't mean the regular dwarven amor turned light, I mean an actual custom set, I did a few searches with no results, hopefully I just searched the wrong stuff. Thanks.
