New player homes that have a quest or objective/obtain/challenge to obtain? A plus if they can all be installed together for increased options.

 

And, a mod that allows quick storing of multiple items? For example, I have too many potions. I want to be able to walk up to a box and select something like, "store all ingredients/potions/armor/etc".

Also, I've been looking for a mod that makes the door said the holds area instead of Skyrim. For example, you're in 4 Shields Tavern & you're leaving it, the door will said Haafingar instead of Skyrim. I know it's on the nexus but I can't remember the name so I don't know the keyword to search.

I am looking for a mod that disables speech animations for NPCs and the player, to be used when playing with voice volume set to 0 and general subtitles enabled. I have tried just deleting voices.bsa from my skyrim.ini but this stopped most characters from speaking at all. I still want to see the chatter of the marketplace, I just don't want to have to hear it.
