I mean 2 persons on 1 horse.Not possible due to Skyrim restrictions. I would recommend you to have a look at convenient horses mod. That is what I use. Just wondering if there was such a mod that makes the Shout cooldown bar like a magicka bar, something like having 300 seconds are "debate" to use and using a shout then just takes an appropriete amount for it's cooldown. Preferable to also reduce the vanilla cooldowns maybe with other tweaks. Even better if it removed the cooldown on Dragon Aspect too (theres no point when you can just wait it out anyway). I did look and there are cooldown and power changers but nothing like this, maybe it's not possible though in the engine. Also silent arrows, and loot reduction (particularly less big items like armors, even better if it makes bandits more suitible poorly geared etc). Thanks if anyone can help or point out similar things. No rush just more or less finished one playthough but want to keep an eye out for the next with core gameplay changes, probably with increased difficulty and some mods to add to that. Edit: Also I did see a fix for the way a bow and arrow is held and draw, arrows are notched though you hand, but can't seem to find it now. Coincidentally I just released my loot balancing mod, Scarcity. It has adjustable values for loot reduction.
