mamorak Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 A while ago, atleast a month or more I saw on Staff Picks or PC Gamer article about a Vigilent of Stendarr mod that overhauls the entire faction and lets you join it. (Not sure if it was Stendarr or Silver hand, I know it was one of those two minor factions). For the life of me I can't find it anywhere. I know there are mods that do that on the site but they don't seem to be updated much/a bit low quality and the one in the articles were something special. Is it the top download thats missing from December 2016?
