Completely missing HUD

Thank you in advance for listening to my problem, I hope you can help.

So, I loaded up a new save with a few extra mods, including iHUD and Race Menu, and immediately felt that something was "off." After initiating combat in Fort Helgen and attempting to loot corpses, I noticed that my HUD wasn't just hiding with iHUD, it was gone. No status bars, compass, subtitles, crosshair, or quest notifications. Hopefully someone can help me here.

Yes, I've tried iHUD's menu options, pressing/holding X, checking the opacity, adding in the .ini line bShowCompass=1 under interface (which was absent). I'd rather not have to resort to reinstalling Skyrim, since googling the problem has shown some with this problem years ago still had it after new installs. Also, this could be related to an AMD driver issue, but the last problems I could find for that issue were many years ago. My Windows 10 OS did just update the other day, don't know if it could have caused a problem.

I have also tried disabling all mods and starting a clean new game, but the issue persisted.

When you least expect it NMM will incorrectly remove a mod coursing a conflict. It a big ask for NMM to keep track of ten of thousands loose files & their installation order. So knowing how to manually Add & Remove Mods is essential. Good effort mate you have a bright Modding Future.

I deleted it completely, so I may have the name wrong, but it was either map.swf (probably this one) or interface.swf (searching the mod page only revealed a "interface.gfx", and I'm sure that was not it). If you have this problem, perhaps extract the .swf files individually and test play, and reinsert the file if it was not the case. If that fails, Skyrim should revert to vanilla interface features without any .swf files from mods. Remember to uninstall the mods first through the manager as well.
