Crashes while attempting to fast travel

My game crahes when I attempt to fast travel anywhere, it will load for awhile then show the location

I fast traveled to for a second then crash to desktop.

List of mods installed-

-4gb Skyrim

-Nightinggale Prime

-Serious HD landscape retexture

-Enhanced Shaders

-Skyrim HD

-Xenius Character Enhancement
