infinite loading screen when trying to enter interiors

hi! first of all let me say i'm new to this forum, and inexperienced with forums in general so pardon me if i'm doing this totally wrong. i've looked everywhere for a solution and tried editing the .ini files (only adding what was suggested), disabling unnecessary graphical mods, using the "coc" command in the console to enter interiors, cleaning my mods with tes5edit... all to no avail.

so skyrim is giving me an infinite loading screen with music and going unresponsive when i try to enter a possibly demanding interior like an inn, a jarl's keep, one or two shops. the worst offender was the inn in falkreath, to enter which i had to disable SMIM (static mesh improvement mod) and then it let me in, it was after maybe 6 or 7 reloads that i finally thought to disable it. usually if i reload the game prior to trying to enter the interior, i'm able to enter after one or two reloads. but this is a really annoying issue. i don't have this problem in exterior zones, my frame rate is high and usually stable.

my load order is below, i'm not sure if it's a mod incompatibility or just a memory overload, but let me know if any of my mods are causing it, or if any are problematic in general. i haven't installed any new mods since i started my game, only cleaned them with tes5edit and disabled graphically demanding ones.

i don't think it's an issue with my computer itself, but my specs are listed below anyway. i just got my laptop a couple of weeks ago so i'm playing on a new installation of skyrim and have been very careful about installing mods, only installing what i either need or really want.

i'm able to run skyrim even with my handful of mods and 2k textures (ultra high settings, with no antialiasing and medium shadows) at 50-60fps in interior and many exterior zones, 35-40fps at its worst. my savegame may be a little bit bloated, it's at 9.5mb and i've only played for around 11 in-game days. i use a save cleaner and tes5edit to clean mods but neither do much. i'd really like to be able to keep playing this save game, so i hope it's fixable.

i don't know what other info to provide so feel free to ask. help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi,

Did you use tools like ENBOOST, Crash fixes ?

It seems that you don't use bashed patch or merged patch, so I suggest you to take a look at my guide.

It will certainly helps you to be sure to have configured everything properly.

PS: Prepare some aspirins

edit: Typo

nope, i haven't tried to use enboost or other fixes, or a bashed or merged patch, all i really have is safety load and the memory allocation adjustments that already come with skse (i think?). i'm looking at the guide you linked and it's a little bit over my head -- before now i had no idea what a bashed/merged patch was, honestly. but i'm going to try what's suggested in your guide, thanks for the advice.
