Is It Planned/Likely?

Is Bethesda just releasing the Creation Kit and calling it that, or are they going to be fixing/implementing other things? I have sort of figured they'd go and ignore Werewolves being unable to use chests, and many features of the game. BUT! I wanted to know if they're going to be adding Khajiit love interests/more love interests, and other possible parts of relationships? Fallout: New Vegas had a sex thing reminiscent to Fable.

Them adding new things to the game very unlikely, thats why they have the CS and a massive team of modders " us ". mainly fixing bugs and issues.

I'd say they got to be careful about "improving" the game with patches. Fixing things is one thing, but improve by changing things is something else.. and we all knows not everyone likes every changes.

So.. IMO

Patches: Should fix things so what was intended to be in the vanilla release works perfectly fine. Improving some codes for better performance is also good. Fixing some exploit possibility would me a good things, but some may not agree with me.

DLC: Adding content without changing anything. (new weapon, new quest, new houses, new NPC, etc etc)

Mods: All the "changes" are up to the modders, so everyone can choose what changes they want.

i've seen too many games (espicialy multiplayer games) patching up to a new version with some balance changes that many people didn't like. And personaly, i'd like bethesda to work on fixing bugs only, since there are so many.
