Mod Idea: Radio Silence

According to my research, I have been unable to find a mod that does this, so hopefully I'm not posting something that already exists. If I am, please direct me to the mod in question so I can download it! :)

 

Ok, so here's my idea: It's always bothered me that while I'm sneaking around if I tap a tin can with my toe suddenly everybody and their uncle are alerted to my presence, but I can sit there blasting "Atom Bomb Baby" at top volume from my Pip-Boy radio and nobody has any clue that I'm there.

 

Therefore I would like a mod where your Pip-Boy radio is audible to NPCs, thus alerting enemies to your presence should you chose to play it during combat.

 

Ideally it would be affected by volume, so the higher your radio volume is set in your settings the more audible it is in game, but I understand that's probably not possible. But still, I would like to have this little piece of immersion in my survival playthrough!

This does not reflect my experience with pip-boy radios, or sneaking for that matter. I will run some tests to ensure it is not simply confirmation bias.

I think the idea of the Pip-Boy radio, and its holotape player, is that it only plays for you, like through an earpiece. Just sayin'.
