As someone who does not fast travel outside of having a modded truck to take me to a select few places there are few doctors between Vegas and Goodsprings. As far as I know, there are no traveling doctors or at least none that I found. Also, you'd think there would be someone in Prim or the Mohave Outpost. Nipton and Boulder City? Yeah not really lore-friendly but one in the other two places would be realistic. Thoughts? I tried looking for a similar mod but I have yet to find one, which is a bummer.
