Little Problems

Hello!

 

I'm relatively a new member to Nexus Community.

I has a little problem with the Imperial City , Market District.

 

First of all i noticed that the "Divine Elegance" is renamed to "Göttliche Eleganz". The second thing i noticed that there is two new buildings. One named "Apartment for Sale" the second called "Office of Imperial Engineering". Also there is a NPC named "Ignar Rodblock".

What is the cause of these?

The Office of Imperial Engineering, I think is from Reclaim SancreTor, & Ignar Rodblock is the messenger from Kvatch Rebuilt.

 

I would download BOSS https://boss-developers.github.io/ & use it's suggested load order.
