graavigala
I would want to give a whip at modding, I have used 3DsMax and other 3D programs because of my work but I have never done modding before. I know that the CreationKit is on the works and will be released sometime next year but that doesnt stop us for making new models and weapons etc. My questions are: Can I change models of the game with basic programs? Do I need to use coding, if so then I am willing to give my done 3D-meshes to capable person who can code IF needed. Example: If I would just want to change armors width/lenght or make it have 1000spikes all i need is to pop it in 3D program, with out any coding, and just mod it and then import it to the game and its done? Is it that simple?
PaladinRider
Of course it's not that simple.. You don't need to code anything but I suggest using the search to find out. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/471428-modding-faq-how-to http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/457148-graphics-modding/page__hl__making+modelshttp://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/469935-modding-skyrim-with-tessnip-and-nifskope/ Also, try to name your threads better.. "Basic info" doesn't give anyone a clue what it's going to be about and anyone who has the answer probably isn't going to click on it.
