MonsterMonkey Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 (edited) A new school with new powers.Metamorphosis use your mana during its effect so the spell duration depend on how many mana you have and so depend on your level. Metamorphosis includes "Fox form" you take a fox appearence and gain perception power wich let you see all ennemies on map, you get also ultra sneaking ability wich make you detected only at close sight only ( you can run and get very close to enemies back as long as he does not turn his head on you) you can steal low wheight objects.Little mana cost "eagle form" you take the appearence of an eagle and you can fly and have the ability of eagle eye wich let you zoom x3 during the spell.medium mana cost "Bear form" you transform into a bear you get extra strenght bonus, extra claws damage bonus and get "Roar" ability a bear shout that make ennemies run scared depending on the players level.. high mana cost "Immitate" you can change into the npc you are aiming at, you take his appearence and be faction friendly for the spell duration, allow you to pass enemies like they are friends saying "hi how do you do " or else, you can make sneak assassinations, if an enemy sees you killing or attacking the spell ends, you can kill a guy and take the corpse appearence, makin a good strategy enhancement.. great mana cost "Dragon Form" you change into a dragon and as a dragon born you get "second dragon blood ability" the power of dragon shout attacks is doubled you can fly, extreme mana coast it means that if you're not very high leveled it will only last for a few second makin it ridiculous like you try something too difficult. remenber if you are using a form that can fly it's at your own risks if you got mana empty in air you will return to human form and fall if you got time you can use mana potion and retransform.You dont have access to inventory during the spell. However, the fourth was extremely hard to do with Oblivion, I'd adore it if it could work correctly. As in, you AREN'T changing yourself from a Nord to a fox. I apologize, I'm going off of 3 years of D&D, so the term seems to encompass both minor alterations (Such as an immunity to frost, thicker skin, burning hands, etc), and major ones such as polymorphing and shapeshifting, and I seem to find it stupid to make a brand new school of magic that essentially already exists, but to each their own.
