mmdestiny Posted September 24, 2016 Share Posted September 24, 2016 Hi all, Would it be possible to add one of the existing perks temporarily as a spell or enchantment? Like say, create a "blacksmith" enchantment on Welding Goggles so when you equip them you gain +1 to the Blacksmith perk so long as it's equipped. Or adding a "Sniper" spell to mentats so that when you take mentats you gain +1 to Sniper for 1 minute. Similar to SPECIAL spells and enchantments, but with the perk values. I'm thinking you would need to script that though, like when the item is consumed, a script fires to add the perk, and then remove the perk when the effect ends. There maybe a non-script way though. BlahBlahDEEBlahBlah Posted September 25, 2016 Share Posted September 25, 2016 Yep, you can add a timer I believe, raise the benefit of an existing perk, and simple conditions like the examples given above, straight forward enough...should be enough to get through without scripting.It's only when they are really complicated that it really needs scripting.
