Skyrim character Special abilities not showing

Hi!

 

My character special abilities is not showing but is activating automatically every day when i enter combat ( i play as a orc).

doubtful but redundant mods are redundant.

well at least its not a bad bug/glitch beacouse now it activates every time i enter combat regrdless how many times i do it per day. But thanks anyway.
