Dang!

Well I'm modding for years now and I had something similar happening a few times also if it makes you feel better

On the mod page I linked earlier....go to the files section and download the Havok object mod at the very top......then get one of the B and J files that strikes your fancy (or try a few). You can also scroll down and get mesh files for the CT77 body if you don't want to rely on Bodyslide. Get rid of the Loremonger version (HDT Breast And Butt Physics (=Standard - With collision-54044-v1-4)

So, from my current understanding, this mod is a replacement for HDT Breast And Butt Physics. Why is this one better, though? Sorry, but I am a bit confused by all the files that I need to install. I want to use BodySlide 2 for slider modification with my values.

P.S. After reading some of the files names I do not think I follow this mod. Is it body physics like Breast and Butt Physics or meshes replacement like armor replacement for CBBE mod.

Edit: I went to check the fresh the game that I used before. The Outfits were working probably. I was looking for the old lady and I went into its house and her outfit was normal not large. I guess in order to make all the mods work, I have to start a new savegame after applying all my mods.

Edit 2: I am going to reinstall the game. Reapply the minimal mods and start tracing from there.

Here is what you (might) need those files for:

  • the collision object mod to put the collision effect on all NPCs in the game (unless you just want it for your PC, then you don't need it)
  • The physics.xml files available there have a bigger variety than the Loremonger version you used so far. You have a wider selection to choose from and to customize it the way you want it and they are also specifically made to fit for example the CT77 body so you don't get any jittery physics movements (you'd have to try each of them and see which one fits best....if the older Loremonger version was fine then you can still use that, but I'm not sure if they are still being kept updated)
  • You need a physics compatible body mesh (also available on that mod page...You can keep on using Bodyslide...however I would really switch to Bodyslide 2)

All in all it's your choice about how much customization you want / don't want...that's all

I don't use the collision object myself. However, I use one of the physics.xml files. It makes physics movements more natural....I used the Loremonger version before and it made breast movements look like they are made of jelly and sometimes they flapped and jittered uncontrollably. I also usually make custom meshes using Bodyslide 2....At the moment I use a variation of the UNP - imitation body. Which works well with custom armors I have installed. I also don't use the physics options for certain *cough* private parts.....(not going to comment that any further....)

Since I need the physics for custom hair and cloaks anyway I figured I can keep the BBP files as well.

Again...it's your game...you choose...just making suggestions for improvements

PS: Since you reinstall anyway you might want to consider switching to Mod Organizer. All mods are being kept separate from the game folders....so your skyrim folders will always stay vanilla no matter which mods you install. Makes looking for errors alot easier

metaforce, thanks again for the continued support. Well, here goes. I think I finally nailed one of the issues I am having (more or less). I installed a fresh copy of Skyrim and removed everything but the mods from the nexus mod manager. I started the manager and installed the mods in the following order:

Calinetes Beautiful Bodies Edition -CBBE-
BodySlide and Outfit Studio
Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide
HDT Physics Extensions
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended

I installed only those mods. So, I went ahead and started a new game and I played until I reached the first town. Then, I started checking everything out. Everything was working fine or so it seems. After going back and fourth to check the NPCs I realized that the first and third npcs were working properly (outfit and the body). The second old lady NPC was working properly until it went inside the house and when I went after it, the NPC changed into the normal outfit.

I did not stop at that though, I wanted to know what is causing my second issue with the third NPC so I installed all the mods that I have. Then, the issue of the third NPC (large outfit normal body) resurfaced. It took me an hour disabling mods 2 by 2 until I found the issue with the third NPC. It is the Bijin Wives mod. After disabling that mod the third NPC now works perfectly. I even double checked. I enabled the mod and tested then I disabled it and checked again. I do not know why this mod is doing that. I am glad I fixed one of the three issues that I am having.

It would be really nice to deal with the second NPC, too. I just cannot seem to troubleshoot this issue. Why would the NPC revert to the old (normal) clothes when it goes into the house. Also, if I skip the time and wait for the NPC to come out. It comes out at the house with the reverted clothes. Do not get me wrong I do not care about the old lady but I know this issue will arise on some other future NPC as I play the game.

Edit: Ok, it is definitely the two Bijin mods (that I was using). They were conflicting with Inhabitants of Skyrim mod and causing the issue with the third NPC body (wives) and warrior NPCs later in game (Warmaidens). I removed both mods and kept the Inh of Skyrim mod. As for the first issue. From all the female NPCs that I saw, I believe it is limited to the old lady in the first town. I even went into its meshes folder (farmergirl2) then copied (changing names) the outfit of another NPC into the farmergirl2 folder replacing the ones there. I went into the game and found the NPC wearing the new outfit I gave it. Though, when it went inside the house it reverted to its ordinary outfit with the normal size. I do not care about the old NPC. Though, this behavior is really intriguing. Could one NPC have more than one outfit? Is it possible that the Remodeled armor did not handle this NPC properly? I noticed that this NPC was wearing a hat outside (without the remodeled mod) and when I went inside it was not wearing any hats.

Edit 2: I have figured it out, the mod owner forgot to replace the outfit at the two different locations. I did it and the issue is now resolved.
