Issues with Steam

Hello, recently i watched Breaking Bad, its an Good Serie, but lets get to the point
I was looking for a few mods that can "re-create" Breaking Bad into Skyrim, and i liked the following ones:

Cannabis Skyrim
Skooming Skyrim
Skyhighrim
Ore and Ingot Merchants (To help make Skooma in Skooma Skyrim)

As always, i run FNIS after installing any Animation Mod (Cannabis Skyrim) and check LOOT to avoid any problems
But when i tried to open Skyrim this happened:

Then i said: "f*** it, im going to Nexus ASAP"
Does anyone have any ideia why this happen?

Yes, but when i tried to run from SKSE, it happened the same thing, so i tried to run just the Launcher, still wont work

Steam give that message when it patching or downloading the Game. So did you verily it recently?

 

If yes, Leave Steam Online & have a Coffee.

 

If No.... Huston you have a problem......

After i re-downloaded the game that happened, for some reason it took years to finish but it finally work
