Mirai Isn't Anywhere in my game!

Hi all, I have a troubleshooting question, I've installed Mirai...and she's NO where to be found!! not @ house in Riverwood...not in the sleeping giant, Not in Markarth (i pry spelled the town name wrong lol) and the plugin is checked in NMM....its checked in Skyrim's data files, after many minor fix attempts ie: waiting in game in 2 hour intervals near where she's supposed to be for over a 24 hour period, saved then quit to desktop & reloaded, uninstalled other follower mods Just in case, even started a new game save...nothing i have tried works. She's one of the few followers i have yet to try and she looks great......last thing i know to try is since my important data is backed up maybe Tes5edit mirai file...but ill go re-read and make sure it wasn't left with dirty edits intentionally before hand. Any help/info or things to try would be Much appreciated

Ty, i will try this once i fix my other issues....but seeing this as even a potential fix is not good as being new to modding i Really Count on LOOT and mine has the racemenu's all out of the order you suggested But i will try that when i get back to attempting to get Mirai working....which comes Right after i figure out how to end AA Quest scene's With OSA/Osex installed..TYTY.
