Weird focus & blure in game

My game is behaving weird , where I look(in that point) is focused and the rest of the image is blurry, per example if I speak with a person and I don't look exactly at him, he's blurry, but if I look at hem he's not but the rest of the room is blurry , and is pissing me off ; especially since I see here on nexus pictures taken by other people and they have not this problem.

My video card is nvidia gtx 970, so the hardware is not the problem; can anyone help me PLEASE?

I get this as well. Everything on the edges is blurry.

I don't think its my video card, but possibly a game setting.

Wish I could say. It only happened with me one or two game patches ago.

I really have not played with the settings, and I optimized my game settings through Nvidias program. Did not help.

I think it's something in the game it self, as I only notice it when I am very close to anything.

That would be the DoF setting. Depth of field.

The problem was because of the ENB, I modify in enbseries.ini the following line: EnableDepthOfField=true to false ...

I will do this when I get home. Never thought of END being the reason.
