LE Add script to potion?

when you edit a potion in the CK, in the upper left corner, you have ID, Name and Script. When I click on script, the drop-down list is completely blank. How can I fix that?

 

EDIT: Found a workaround: I will use a duplicate of the AbBlank magic effect and add my script in that script section. Then, I will add that effect to the potion and voilà.
