jimmybob
I would like to remove the head requirement from the armor perks in the heavy and light armor trees, so you don't have to wear a helm to receive their bonuses. Smithing perk Prerequistes should be changed so that you can learn daedric smithing after learning dragon smithing, or glass smithing after it, this would allow you to kit out your companions if they use the same armor skill as you or not without "cheating" or wasting perk points on elven or dwarven smithing depending on which path you took to get there. Reduce the chance for Impact (descrution) to stagger to 50% from 100%.
Axeface
Not sure about the impact change unless it was coupled with a change to lower the tier of mage armour, i've thought about it myself and the 100% chance does seem overpowered, but then I think about what it would be like without it. It would be unplayable, at least for mages that dont wear armour. If mage armour could be picked up at a second perk instead of like 4th, that would allow us mages that dont use armor to at least have a slim chance of surviving that bear attack :)
