Fallout 4 mods disable in game?

Yesterday I spent whole day setting up this game to the point of being playable, and everything worked great.

 

Today mods won't load. They are in plugins.txt, they are enabled in NMM, but game doesn't see them when I try to load save.

 

The strange thing that happend was that when I launched the game today through NMM it showed first steam updating window and then game launcher, I don't understand why, because I have F4SE renamed to be launched by NMM, so launcher should never launch no matter what. And since then nothing works.

 

Anyone figured out?

If I understand F4SE correctly. Do not rename it. Just start the game through F4Se.exe, and should have no issues.

I have never had mods disable on me with it. Unless there is a game update, and waiting for an F4SE update.

Yes, there has been another game update. What a shambles. Back to TW3 and Skyrim...and now Divinity, Original Sin 2 is out in beta and Dishonored 2 coming soon, Fallout 4 has a lot of competition.

Oh wait...guess who made Dishonored...be interested to see if that's patched as often.

I am expecting many more updates. Now that all the DLCs are out. Bethesda needs to start working on stabilizing this game.
