ok so now its working the patch UNO - NPC Overhaul.esp didnt had an update for usleep so i used this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71316/? to be able to run it with usleep instead of uskp didnt gave me any error now on loot im fixingthe load order and i think its done after

im dying instany when a npc hits me im being one hitted i even changed the mode to novice but theres no change at all o.o

this don't only add a plugin they add even other resources disable them on NMM:

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp=0

Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp=0

 

 

Load order is still a mess but you should try the game with it anyway.
